Before you book.
What happens in a first consultation?
We listen to your situation — self-employment, a limited company, VAT, HMRC letters or benefits — answer your questions and explain your options, the next steps and what our services would cost.
Can I meet you in person?
Online bookings are phone calls. If you would prefer to meet at our Luton office (23A George Street, LU1 2AF) or Birmingham office (22-42 Washwood Heath Rd, B8 1RB), call us on 0330 1331 886 and we will arrange it.
How do I change or cancel my booking?
Use the reschedule or cancel link in your confirmation email, or call us on 0330 1331 886.
What should I bring?
Any letters from HMRC or Companies House, your UTR or company number if you have them, and a list of your questions.
