Who needs to verify their identity?
Company directors and people with significant control (PSCs) must verify their identity with Companies House, either directly through GOV.UK One Login or through an Authorised Corporate Service Provider (ACSP) such as Ola Accountancy.
How do I pay?
By bank transfer to the account shown on this page, using your full name as the reference. We start the verification once payment and your documents have been received.
What documents do I need?
A valid photo ID (passport, driving licence or national identity card) and a recent proof of address.
