Who is Ola Accountancy?
Ola Accountancy Ltd (company number 15007143) is an independent UK accountancy firm with offices in Luton and Birmingham, led by CEO and senior accountant Valentin Avram. We serve self-employed people, CIS subcontractors, landlords, limited companies and families across the UK, with particular expertise in supporting the Romanian-speaking community.
Is Ola Accountancy regulated?
Ola Accountancy is supervised by HMRC for anti-money laundering (AML) purposes, registered with the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO reference ZB873069) and is a Companies House Authorised Corporate Service Provider (ACSP) for director identity verification. Team members hold qualifications and memberships with bodies including AAT, ACCA, AIA and ICPA.
What languages does the team speak?

Who will look after my accounts?
You deal with the same accountant throughout, supported by our team manager and accounts assistants. Valentin Avram personally delivers the financial advisory sessions and oversees complex cases, HMRC enquiries and large business consultations.
Where are you based and who do you serve?
Our offices are at 23A George Street, Luton LU1 2AF and 22-42 Washwood Heath Road, Saltley, Birmingham B8 1RB. We work with clients across Bedfordshire, the West Midlands and the whole of the UK, in person and online.
